PIE Capital, LLC
Privacy policy
Draft for company review · October 1, 2026
This policy describes the intended handling of information submitted through this website and the recruiting text-message program operated by PIE Capital, LLC. The website inquiry form is not accepting submissions at this time.
Information you provide
When recruiting inquiries are enabled, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred interview area, and information you choose to include in an inquiry. We also retain your communication preferences and records of any text-message consent or withdrawal.
Website and communication service providers may process technical information needed to operate their services, such as request timestamps and delivery information. Do not send Social Security numbers, background-check documents, or sensitive identifiers through this website or text messages.
Parent company and hiring employer
PIE Capital, LLC is the parent company of operating corporations. Recruiting may concern a position with one of those operating companies. Your recruiter identifies the hiring employer. Relevant application information may be made available to authorized hiring personnel at that company to evaluate and coordinate your application. SMS permission for the PIE Capital recruiting program does not automatically authorize a different company to enroll you in a separate messaging program.
How information is used
We use recruiting information to respond to inquiries, coordinate screening and interviews, communicate application and offer updates, arrange onboarding, and maintain a record of your communications and preferences. Expressing interest does not constitute a job offer or guarantee employment.
Text messages and your choices
SMS consent is optional. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from applying or communicating with a recruiter through another available method. Recruiting message frequency varies according to your application and interview activity. Message and data rates may apply.
For an active SMS program, reply STOP to stop future recruiting texts. You may receive a final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your assigned recruiter. Details are in the SMS Terms.
Mobile information and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process information only as needed to operate our recruiting communications on our behalf, such as delivering messages, hosting records, and supporting approved AI-assisted responses. SMS consent records are used to administer your messaging choices and are not shared for another organization's marketing.
AI-assisted communication
Where enabled, AI may help draft recruiting messages or assist with responses using relevant recruiting information and conversation context. An on-staff recruiter remains available for assistance. AI assistance does not independently make the hiring decision.
Interview group messages
If you agree to participate in an interview group text, the recruiter and interviewer may see your phone number and messages in that group. Private screening or interview-evaluation notes are kept outside the group conversation. You can request individual communication instead.
Retention and access
We retain recruiting records for the recruiting process and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting that process. There is no fixed retention period specified in this draft.
Questions and requests
If you are already communicating with a recruiter, contact that recruiter to ask about your information, correct contact details, or change communication preferences. The recruiting contact number is 828-578-2423. Email recruiting@pie-capital.com for recruiting questions.
Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. The published policy must reflect the actual service and data-handling practices in use.
