PIE Capital, LLC coordinates recruiting for its operating companies. Your on-staff recruiter is an employee within our company group and your personal point of contact. They help you get to know the company offering the position, the hiring location, and your next steps.
Talk with an on-staff recruiter about the opportunity and your availability. Get to know a member of our team and ask the questions that matter to you. Confirm the operating company that would employ you, the position, location, and requirements for that opening.
Complete the requested screening steps. Once an interview is scheduled, confirm the date, time, address, and interviewer.
The interviewer may offer a position at the interview or take time to discuss the decision. You may accept an offer, decline it, or ask for time to consider.
We want the process to feel personal and straightforward. Your recruiter works within our company group and coordinates with the people involved in your interview and hiring decision. Reach out when you need help understanding a step or preparing to meet the team.
